New Anime

Friday, June 25, 2010

Hello there! I have recently returned from my trip to Malaysia with my uncle, aunt and cousins. (NOT AGAIN?!!) I attempted to charade as a 21 year old sophisticated, working lady but failed miserably as the security guard saw past the bad make-up and shabby work clothes that I had draped myself in. Curses! I'll be back in 2 years time!!! Mark my words, you evil casino security guard! MARK MY WORDS!!

So... I went to the Genting Highland Themepark to relive my childhood memories by lamenting on a unicorn on the Merry-Go-Round. I received a couple of stares and glances from passer-bys.. They probably thought that some lunatic chick had escaped from the mental asylum. xD

On another note, I have been evading the tedious job of re-installing my programs and files into my computer... and instead, chose to indulge in my newly purchased anime (NANA, Black Butler, The Story of Saiunkoku)

I couldn't quite get myself in tune with the story line for NANA; not much on the term of comprehension but rather the disgust and disagreement that filled me episodes after episodes of watching the weak-willed Nana Komatsu fall deeper and deeper into self-pity and hedonistic pursuit for blind love. Oh, but I do love the dignified Nana Osaki. Her dynamic disposition really captivated me. The soundtrack is awesome too. That's all I'm going to say about that anime because the story line is mainly filled with love, infatuation, sex, love, boys, infidelity, sex, disgust, sex, love... Oh, have I mentioned sex? >_>

So there you have it, I got tired of the anime quite quickly and turned to Black Butler. Black Butler proved to be a little easier to digest what with the blood and gore (not really my thing, but hey whatever works for that smexy demon butler.) *wink wink*

The next anime, The Story of Saiunkoku, has so many bishounens that I screamed each time one pops out onto my big screen! The anime is... well...most aesthetically pleasing for any shojo fans out there who just want to feast their eyes on long haired bishounens.

Good lord, the mere thought of creating and coding a new blogskin is most troubling as I have yet to re-install my photoshop files and whatnot. *yawns* Oh wells, I'll do it someday...one day... *yawns*

"YOU, my friend, are a lazy arse!"
